The events of Hurricane Sandy greatly impacted In the month or two leading up to the hurricane, we had been relocating our fulfillment location and computers, which had caused some issues with order fulfillment. We were excited to have those issues behind us as we were just wrapping up our upgrades when the hurricane struck.

Unfortunately, we were located in an area of NYC hit particularly bad, and we suffered a 100% loss. The weeks and months after the hurricane left us with dealing first with personal issues arising from the storm, and then getting the site and business back online, which for a little while seemed hopeless. We had originally shot for being operational on 12/1 for the tail end of the holiday season, but that was not possible.

We are happy to announce, that as of 1/11/2013, we will be back in business shipping orders. Any orders placed between now and then will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

I am truly sorry for anyone who tried ordering from us, or tried getting in touch. Our phones ran through our computer system which no longer existed for a little while. And to be honest, we were so buried under water both literally and figuratively that things probably didn't get handled in the best way. What I can say with 100% confidence today is that we will now be back to the great service we have always been known for for years.
