Shipping & Delivery
All orders for in-stock merchandise are generally shipped within 24 hours or next business day, and usually same day for orders received by 12pm est. UPS ground service delivery is standard, however “next-day”, 2nd Day and 3-Day Select service is also available upon request. These expedited shipping options are solely for the shipping time-in-transit and do not include fulfillment time. FedEx and DHL are also available upon request for both domestic and international orders for a small handling fee. Please keep in mind these fulfillment times are general estimates and sometimes due to backorders or for other reasons orders may be shipped outside of the next business day window. If you have an important deadline please call after placing the order so that we can best accommodate your needs.

Returns & Replacements
All sales are considered final. Defective items must be reported to us no later than three business days after receiving your shipment.Defective items will be replaced with the same product as a direct replacement, credits or cash back will not be issued. If you notice that your shipping carton is damaged, you must report this directly to the carrier driver. Thereafter, claims for defective merchandise must be directed to the carrier’s customer service claims department for disposition. Further, Wholesalepashminascarves.com does not issue pickup requests (“call tags”).

Also, for those customers who prefer the added security of paypal, you can use the paypal payment option even without a paypal account to pay with any major credit card. These promos are only valid for the period of time of said promo, and only with the mention of any code to receive such promo. No invoiced order can have a promo retroactively applied.
